Options to select different printout formats, like "Mail header starts at line x, printed bold and underline, lines y, z, a, b are used for printout, mail body starts at line x...". Additionally, the printout functions should query the printer capabilities, especially top, bottom, left, right margins, as sometimes the printout is cut to the physical margins given by the printer capabilities, so some text is missing in the printout. This implies word wrap for printout, too.
