#178 Info bubble to give status of email under pointer

As SimpleMail's email status icons are a tiny & a bit cryptic, it would be nice if there was some kind of pop-up "info bubble" that gives you the status of the email your pointer is hoving over. Such was whether it has been read or not yet, whether it has been replied to, etc.

Using MUI's "Help bubble" system would be ideal, if that is possible (since it already has the appropriate delay before display logic built-in), but otherwise a simple square window that appears after a hover delay would be fine (just remember that subsequent info bubbles should appear much quicker after the first one appears, so you can 'query' many emails quickly).
