#173 Automatically rescan all folders on startup

I have to click on folders to make it display the new emails and number of emais, every time I have a crash (unrelated to simplemail)... maybe have an option to auto scan each folder on startup to avoid manually clicking on each folder? its manual work otherwise...
btw, loving this app every day since 2003!
if its too slow, is there an optimisation to be made somewhere?

Great idea! There is a "Delete All Indexes" option, but no "Regenerate All Indexes" options that I know of.

Also, when clicking on an folder to regenerate the index, it does not update the folder list (with number of emails/etc in the folder) until you click on another folder. A bit annoying.
