#170 Something is wrong with the new archive?

Hi.
I think that there something wrong with the charset files in the new archive. (AOS 3) I noticed that the files are different from the new version and when i installed them, Greek characters became a mess. When i installed back the "old" files from the 0.35 archive, the problem resolved.
Also, the simplehtml.library differs, but the version string is still the same.
