#153 Shift-LMB to multi-select mails does not work

Althought I configured the MUI parameters for NListviews to:
- Options tab -> MultiSelection - > Via Qualifier
- Keybindings tab -> Shift = Multiselect/Block qualifier

when I shift-click (LMB) on different mails from the mail list, only single-select is performed.
(I can multiselect by holding the LMB and move up/down, but this trigger an unneeded refresh of the "show mail" window.)
