Registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces{XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}\RegistrationEnabled change from 1 to 0 when applying new profile.
So, DNS register is disabled and entry DNS may be deleted from DNS server (on AD domain).
Can you correct this bug ?

Thanks for the report. There is now an option to register (or not) DNS addresses in version 2.7b1.
