#93 supplier selection, change invoice description if amount=0

On selecting a supplier, change the invoice description to this of the supplier if it was empty and/or if no amount is set.
(now only when no invoice description is set already to avoid overwriting previous entered data) - if no amount is set you should be able to change the supplier and get the according invoice description.
