#140 0.1.6 Empty date in invoice

shows in the list as @00:00:00
probably date was not selected or was de-selected by some action.
rest of the data is ok but invoice might/will not show up in right month.
No big problem; can be edited and/or deleted and re-entered.
But interface shouldn't allow a non-date input.
