#1 I can't seem to get this to work

Hi, I uploaded all the files as per the help text file, I thin configured the app to work with mysql and created the new table. When I go to /simplecard/index.php i get a dead page... then when I go to /simplecard/admin.php, I get the following:

Todo...
Sorry, no admin for now.

Any idea where I've gone wrong?
