After few months first stable version has been released.

Critical bug was fixed (problem with deleting records). Log file opening was improved.

GUI now became more eye-candy and user friendly.
Some non critical bugs were fixed. Input/output functions were reorganized and new formats were added.

New features:
1) advance algorithm of encryption in new base file format (*.sbcf);
2) import function (instead of opening old versions files and from *.xml files);
3) export to *.xml files added;
4) clone option added to discs and types lists;
5) hot keys added (i.e.: INSERT to add new item, DELETE to delete item and ENTER to edit item);
6) logging to file (not to memory);

New release of SimpleBaseJE is beeing prepared and should be ready to the end of month. GUI will be refreshed using new icons set. Among new features will be also SimpleBaseJE data files encryption.

Don't forget, that sources in CVS archive are updated frequently between releases so you can compile SimpleBaseJE yourself before official release will be available.

Remember also that I guarantee full compatibility between releases. Even if format of SimpleBaseJE data files will be changed I provide import option of any old formats of data.

No serious bugs where found in 0.1 version so main purpose to release this version was new features and improvements of existing ones.

New features:
1) basic system of preferences (stored on local machine);
2) scanning location (files or/and directories names
are added to selected disc);
3) sorting of records list;
4) improvement of discs/types list (double click editing);
5) export to text file added;
6) logging optimized (not logging unchanged).

Now it is very simple but in future will be improved. Site is available in english and in polish version.

SimpleBaseJE version 0.1 (beta) released. It is simple in use, OS-independent discs and records catalog written in Java with Swing GUI.
