Get an email when there's a new version of Simple Abap

I'm trying to make a local class that could provide to ABAP Developers to develop more simply.
I prefer to use "Local Class" than Class Object made at SE24(Class Builder), because the "Local Class" is most simple to keep, transfer. Because you just need to save it as one txt file.
