[Simple-support] Issue from Oct 1st, 2008 - Deserialization of type Calendar

Hello Niall,

in October 2008, I asked about the deserialization of the type
Calendar, and why SimpleXML does not use the
'class="GregorianCalendar"' attribute to deserialize it to an instance
of GregorianCalendar (for details, see the mailinglist).
