#13 Provide for optional JSR-303 Bean Validation

It would be great if a persister could optionally be hooked through a validation pass using the JSR-303 bean validation annotations. At minimum this could check the annotations defined in the standard[1], but at best it could, if a bean-validation library were present, run all validations including custom ones.
