#6 xml output

i hope to have some sort of information that gets
continuously updated. i guess xml is the current fad,
so that's what i'll use... but no seriously, that looks
like a good format to present the information.

included information:
what's being indexed
when that started
all of the options for all of the machines
pretty much any option should be displayed i think...
maybe there should be some password crap
maybe modules should choose what to show.
