#1 directory restructering & setup script

Changed directory ordering
- created one package with rugby and botserv as
subpackages
- added a doc directory
- moved documentation to doc directory
- moved setup script to top level
- added instructions to generate source distribution
- chmoded to rwxr--r--
Changed the setup script
- added media as bitmaps to the setup
- added subpackages to setup script

Changed text to unix line breaks (\n vs \r\n)
