[Simper-Development] Refactoring the Simper class

Hi, 

what do you think of refactoring the Simper class ?

- to split up Simper class into a SimperFilter class (with only methods
implemting Filter) and one Business class Simper with the others
methods. So that you can use Simper even if you don't support for
Servlet 2.3.

- to transform inner classes TableInfo, QueryInfo and RelationIndo into
normal classes. So that Simper class would be simpler to
