Sysinfo2: Win32 part is code complete

The Win32 part is code complete. Feel free to check out Revision 54 from Subversion repository for testing. Please report any problems using the forum.

The code include the following modules:

* cpu
* display enviroment
* enviroment variables
* memory
* network
* operating system
* software
* storage

Note: This is not an official release. No official support will be given and they have only been tested so far as they compile cleanly.
