A second program was been added that makes 2.5D incisions given a dxf polyline and a 2.5D random dataset (XYZ)

There was a minor bug which resulted the the rotations not to be applied correctly ...now it works properly.
Also It currently discards any points with Z set to 0 (i forgot that one from one project of mine) Ill soon add an option to de-activate it

The program was written in C# and can virtually handle any size XYZ file.
This version only supports full similarity transformations (moving, scaling and rotating).
