#1 Register value random generator does not work
If 10 registers with random values were created with the same limits, the values for them would always be the same because the Random object gets created every single time during a rand() function call and starts with the same seed. Making the Random object a static between all Reg objects guarantees a random number every time rand() function is called.
Fix attached.
Patch fixing the issue.
