#4 delete all temporally files

GUI usually store temporally files (*.tmp) and leave them after exit GUI at
C:\Documents and Settings\ (user account) \Local Settings\Temp\simBio on WindowsXP
(On WindowsVista, check C:\Users\ (user account) \AppData\Local\Temp\simBio).
Thus, those files sometimes exhaust too much disk space, so it will help us if they were automatically removed.
