#526 Sim-0.9 few bugs

Yes "homedir" plugin now work correctly and i like it.
But i have founf another few bugs.
1. then user go online he is blink in userlist few times.
But sometimes users blink forever - user go online, blink
and blink till i'm restart sim. Sadly feauture.
2. Message window position and size. Sim don't
remember position ans size of windiws and always put
window near the main window and size about two stings
of text. It is not good.
3. Maybe it is not sim bug but maybe yes. I cannot talk
with gaim users - they r recieving broken text instead of
russian. I'm try few codepages - no result. I'm able to
recieve russian text from gaim users.

Make plz screenshot before and after restart sim
and send it and plugins.conf to me (vovan@shutoff.ru)
