The sillyexceptions release 1.0.1 is available from Ibiblio (see http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/\). This means that you can add silly exceptions to your maven project as a dependency and that Maven will automatically retrieve the jar for you.

Add the dependency as follows to your project.xml:

<groupId>sillyexceptions</groupId>
<artifactId>sillyexceptions</artifactId>
<version>1.0.1</version>
</dependency>

New ideas on sillyexceptions are to be added as feature requests. Preferrably, you assign these to yourself afterwards.
