SILICA 0.3-beta5

After years of development, we are finally pleased to publish the SILICA 0.3-beta5 release.
Quite a lot of improvements. In fact, this is an entirely *NEW* software with familiar UI.
UPDATES:
*re-disigned result window;
*much more stable silica-judge (developed using C++)
*documentation
...

We hope this release is helpful, though late.
