[Silgraphite-devel] Release Graphite 1.3.14

Dear All,

Graphite isn't dead, it's just maturing and it has been over a year since our last release. This release fixes a few minor bugs, some with possible security implications, so those who want to cherry pick can get in contact. Having said that, this version is API compatible with previous versions and any new features (the ability to support unlisted features) are only present in as yet unreleased fonts. So I would recommend those wanting just a security release to take the latest version.
