[Silgraphite-devel] Release Graphite 1.3.11

Dear All,

We are pleased to announce a new release of the Graphite2 engine. The
primary purpose of this release is to release the various bugs that were
fixed as a result of a pentest code review. The review only exposed minor
issues. The only other changes to this release are minor bug fixes in the
collision avoidance and lz4 decompressor. No known CVEs were used in the
making of this release.
