[Silgraphite-fonts] Opening PDFs generated by Graphite-aware programs in Adobe programs

Hi,

Can you open PDFs generated by Graphite-aware programs like XeTeX 
or LibreOffice in Adobe programs without losing the Graphite 
'magic'?  I ask because I don't have or use those programs, but 
some in my presumptive user base do, so the issue will certainly 
come up.
