[Silgraphite-fonts] Reordering characters causes overlays sometimes?!

Hello,

I've run into a strange behavior while experimenting with my font. See 
what's the problem here: <https://github.com/carbeck/tagatibookg/issues/3>.

Is there any explanation for that? After some more trying I found out 
that LibreOffice also does that with left-aligned text, it's more likely 
to happen towards the end of a line, and the severity of the effect also 
seems to depend on the chosen font size and/or zoom level. Is there 
anything to counter this effect?
