#94 add support for multiple application aop.xml

need to allow each application to have its own aop.xml
file which can be deployed at runtime. mailing this to
jboss aop forum.

jboss application server supports multiple app support - by
adding the *-aop.xml to the deploy dir it will pick it up
and hotdeploy
