When a segment is opened, the "order of activation" seems to be:
Transcript Window
Movie1 Window
Movie2 Window
Movie3 Window

This usually means that when the segment is opened the last
opened movie is the active window. It would be preferable to have
the transcript window be active when the segment is opened.
