Multiple processes can not bind to the same port on the same network
interface. For instance two application servers can not both bind to all
interfaces of port 8080 (ie. 0.0.0.0:8080). However there are ways if
you want to run multiple application server on the same machine. Google
for "multiple jboss instances on one machine".
