[Signserver-develop] Version Control Change and new Chat

Hi!

We've just managed to do a switch from CVS to SVN, so please no more 
commits to CVS repository[1] which will be kept for reference for awhile.

The SVN repository[2] is open for commits and all commits is announced at 
the newly created chat-channel[3].

Please report any problems switching your working copy of signserver.
