So we're trying to create a multiple user environment so employees are able to jump on via web browser and sign a pdf. We have noticed that there is a test site for testing the different signing functions but there seems to be no way to configure this for multiple workers. Is this something that sign server supports out of the box or does something like this require some custom work? any documentation around this issue would be very helpful.

The Client Web are basically just simple HTML pages posting the upload form to SignServer. You can right click in your web browser and choose view source to see how the forms look like.
You can either modify the pages in the sources of SignServer and redeploy with your changes or even in the binary version if you extract a replace the pages in lib/SignServer-core-web-5.2.0.Final.war or you could put your own web page somewhere and have it post your upload forms to SignServer in the same way as those pages in Client Web. You could then have different pages for different workers or have a drop-down to choose worker from etc.
