i want to know who depends of who?
if Digital sign depends of Digital certificate
or Digital sign depends of Digital certificate

This question does not make any sense, I don't understand the question?

Yes you need a digital certificate in order to create digital signatures.

if i have 100 employs i must have 100 digital certs on my p12 folder in signserver?

no, what part of the install guide gave you that idea? Just follow the quick install guide and you will be up and running.

so in wich part of singserver installation i can configurate this if i have a lots of persons for that want sign?
