Yes you can have mutiple PDFSigner workers each with its own configuration.
If you load doc/qs_pdfsigner_configuration.properties a second time you will get a new worker Id (as the properties in the file is starting with "WORKERGENID1". Just remember to change the NAME property otherwise your two workers will have the same name.
