Ok, several enhancements to the file menu.

- Implemented the "Close" option, which was not trivial: now AreaTrabajo has a
   method to clean the GUI.

- When there's no open project, some portions of the menu are disabled. Of
   course, when you open a project, those portions are enabled.

- You can pass the project filename to sigefy.py as a parameter, and it'll be
   automátically opened.

BTW, this list was in english or spanish? :p
