#3 Backup of project file created in the wrong directory

When the user opens a project file, SiGeFi creates a
backup copy of it.
This copy is being created in the directory where the
application was launched from, and not in the same
directory as the original project file.

I thing that if the original file is f.i.
/foo/bar/test.sgf
then de backup copy shuould be created as
/foo/bar/.test.sgf.bckup
and not elsewhere.

Is a minor issue, but one potential problem is that the
user maybe has no rights to write into the directory
where sigefi is installed / launched (actually, it was
because of that potential problem that I found this bug
;) )
