SiFiEx 0.4 released

SiFiEx is small PHP driven tool to up- and download files to a webserver to easily share them with friends or collegues. It includes themes support, translations for the interface (currently english and german available) and a notification via E-Mail after a successfull upload.

The new version brings the possibility to change filename after they were uploaded and to send notification emails even at any time after the upload.

Also the per user settings for the displayed languages (english and german included) are now available (and not just only the chosen ones in the general settings).

This is a major upgrade but the only thing to make the upgrade is unpacking it over your installation over SiFiEx 0.3 or 0.2.
