SiFiEx 0.2-Beta1 with all new setup

SiFiEx is small PHP driven tool to up- and download files to a webserver to easily share them with friends or collegues. It includes themes support, translations for the interface (currently english and german available) and a notification via E-Mail after a successfull upload.

This release comes with a complete new setup which makes it now easier to see the things that have to be done (changing permissions) on an all new setup page.

If all permissions are there as needed it will just install without manual work. If not it shows you exactly what to do using your FTP-Client.

Also includes the changes of 0.1.1 - a version we released without writing an extra news entry. 0.1.1 includes many new classes and IDs for more possibilities to skin SiFiEx and some tweaks in the display itself.
