#2 Fix folding on save

When saving a file, all the fold blocks are
re-calculated and the auto-fold regions are re-folded.
Need to keep track of which regions have been
folded/unfolded during an edit session and not
auto-fold them on save. The result of this is that if
you are currently editing a section that should be
auto-folded, your cursor moves to the top of the file
when you save.
