#2 Configuration file support

The support of an optiona config-file would be a nice feature - especially to avoid answering the questions during every start-up and probably also to add some more advanced options.
Maybe thats not possible for all builds but I think many of them accessing some filesystem (SD2IEC, d64 etc.).
