i'm trying to compile libsidplayfp on arch. i don't want exsid, but there is no way to disable checks for it or libftdi. which results in libftdi detected and build system enabling exsid (which i do not want), but failing because i dont have libftdi-dev (headers). so please add a switch "--without-exsid" to disable detecting/building it. also, i must say this version of the libsidplay is 2-3x more cpu intensive (even with fastrender and linear resampler) than libsidplay2. is it expected? can it be optimized?
