#2 Unable to read resource "error.tpl" in

I finish step 1 on instal procedure for SIDOCRE and
when i go to place http://127.0.0.1/sidocre in can see
the PRINCIPAL MENU, but and select the link SiDocre
sends to me the message:
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource:
"error.tpl" in
/var/www/sidocre/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

I don't know what else.
