How to install SideMirror?
SideMirror doesn't require installation. The only prerequisite for it to work is Microsoft .NET framework 4.5 client profile. You can download it from Microsoft's website http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17113
The other option is to download the installer package and it will fetch it for you.
Can Side Mirror work on Mac OS or Linux?
I haven't tested it on them yet. However, I don't think so. SideMirror uses special Windows API calls to track the mouse movement, which probably are not available on other OSes. If you think it's worth it, and are willing to help by testing on your OS. then open a discussion and I can try to explore better alternatives that do work.
