[sid-milter-discuss] optional logging around pthread_cond_timedwait

To aid debugging my current problem (dns queries apparently never timing 
out), it would be good to have optional logging inside the 
pthread_cond_timedwait loop in ar.c. Also optional logging in the "look 
through active queries for timeouts" loop might be useful.

What do you think?
