Getting this with the new release. sid-filter.c: In
function `sid_marid_check':
sid-filter.c:670: storage size of `timeout' isn't known

    Also, sid-filter.c:670 in the latest code is not a
    declaration of "timeout", so this isn't v0.2.9. It's
    v0.2.4, 5, 6 or 7.

    In any case, "struct timeval" is a data type normally
    defined in <sys/time.h>. It looks like I'm not including
    that explicitly, but something else is including it on most
    systems.

    Try the attached patch.
