#1 would like to be able to set RTS line
I looked through the documentation and the source, and it doesn't appear that there is a call to set the serial port control lines. I have an RS-422 converter that requires RTS to be set. Also, the ActivMedia/MobileRobotics laser integration package uses a serial port control line to turn on the power to the laser.
