#1 Siafu hangs after creating agents

If Siafu is interrupted the first time you load a simulation (while creating places) that simulation won't ever start again.

Workaround: delete the simulation data folder, located in
C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\.Siafu\CalculatedGradients

Fix: Need to put something in the sim data folder to tell Siafu whether the place creation finished or not
