When you open this program, you will have two choices:
the first is to click the button that matches your need -without specifying the timer-, the program will confirm your request and will commit it immediately if you confirm
the second choice is to specify the timer and click the button that matches your need, the timer will start decreasing the counter till zero in which your request will be committed.
