#2 Pod sections overview

You know how Pod::Html gives you an 'index' section a
the top, showing you all the sections of the document?
It would be nice to have some similar thing in shuck -
some manpages are really long.
I suppose it could be:
a menu
a floating pallete
a pane in the window
a popup (like the 'units' in Freehand, at the bottom of
the window)
