Shrimp Shader Generator FLTK2 GUI (SVN)

-Bug fix on deleting single block after a marquee selection.
-Add some comment in the code

Changed default occlusion map (for depth mapped occlusion) to "".

Fixed xyz/comp problems in helpers header (blame the wous). Added bronze material example network (it expects one of Paul Debevec's envlatl TIF in /tmp/, grace-new.tdl).

Small fixes to some blocks, when renaming pads to more meaningful names, some of the code in the blocks retained older names for variables, with the ensuing chaos that followed.

-Group are part of selectable object in the marquee selection
-Group can be move in multi selection
-Add some comment in the code

-Fix a bug introduce in my last publish when deleting one node (shrimp crash)

Added project texture block, retrieves float or color opacity according to user method, color, projects texture, and fixes texture seams. Fixed texture header.

Moved bias, gain, gamma to Color section. Added color bias/gain/gamma in helpers header, as well as CIE luminance. Added initial Shrimp Texture header. Added block to allow grayscale conversion via user supplied methods, and block to retrieve number of texture channels.

-Add EDIT menu with : Group 'g' /Ungroup'u'/Edit block 'e'/Delete blocks 'Delete'

-Remove last shortcut hack it was a problem of fltk version
-Create shortcut for ungrouping node key 'u'
-Highlight border and tlltle of group
-Add selection color change for group
